I would just like to say how pleased my wife and I are with our HotSpring hot tub. We consider it to be one of the best purchases we have made. The tub is set in our Japanese garden in the building we purchased from you, and it looks very pretty. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and finds it theraputic as well as a pleasure. I would like also like to add, how pleasant and helpful Nathan is...!

I had the HotSpring hot tub installed in September. I live by the river, so the perfect location for it was in the garden, looking down river. I have kept it open to the elements to be able to enjoy it throughout the day or the evening. In the evening when the lights are on, the music playing, under the stars, there is nothing more relaxing. I suffered a back injury a year ago which left me with a problem of not being able to stand for periods of time, or walk very far, before having to sit down, due to muscle spasms. I am delighted to say that even after a week of using the HotSpring hot tub, the difference was incredible. Now after two and a half months I am almost 100 per cent better. It has given me back my quality of life. I no longer have to pay for the various therapies I was using, and do not have to take pain killers any more. The hot tub is so easy to maintain, and I use it almost every day. My visiting family and friends are also benefiting from it, they all love it. Even now that the weather is cooling, the hot tub stays at the perfect temperature, and is enabling me to sit in the garden at all hours enjoying the views.

We would like to thank John Stokoe and Nathan Longland at HotSpring Spa's, Highway Nurseries Norwich for helping us purchase a Jetsetter Tub for Bethany. Bethany has suffered from Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis severely for over two years now. She is responding well to the Biological drug therapy. However to keep Bethany mobile she needs lots of help including physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. Bethany is doing her physiotherapy in the tub daily. This makes it less painful for her and a bit more fun! We no longer have to take her out of school to do the weekly hydrotherapy sessions. Bethany and I have written a book giving an insight to the devastation this disease causes. It will be available to purchase on Amazon.co.uk shortly named 'Behind My Smile'. Once again thank you for helping Bethany.

It's always a pleasure and never a chore to drive from Briston to HotSpring at Highway. Jacqui and John are so much fun - you go in as a customer and leave as a friend. We first went in and bought a hot tub, an Envoy for five, so friends join in at the end of the day for a good massage to ease the pain. The spa bar is full of wine, beer and coke. Champagne corks will be popping at the end of October when (yes HotSpring, you've done it again) the BBQ hut is coming to Briston. They've done it again, have Jacqui and John for HotSpring - two satisfied customers are what we are.   Thank you HotSpring for coming to Norfolk and having a team that is just great!
